To use an anchor link in Site.pro, first add an anchor by selecting an element, going to the 'Advanced' category in the right toolbar, and writing an 'Anchor name'. Then, to create a link to this anchor, select the element you want to link from (such as a menu item, image, button, or text). For a menu item, use 'Edit Menu' in the right toolbar, add a new menu item, select 'Link', and enter the anchor name. For text, highlight the desired text, click the 'Link' button in the text editor, select 'Page on your website', and choose the anchor name from the dropdown list. Click 'Apply'. The anchor can now be used as a link target to navigate users directly to the anchored section on your page.

1. How to add anchors?

1. Select an element by clicking on it;

2. Choose "Advanced" category in right toolbar;

3. Write "Anchor name" (e.g., anchor)
   (Optional) Write "Class name" and "Name";

4. Select element you want to link to anchor:

   • For menu item:

     • Select "Edit Menu" in right toolbar;

     • Click on "New Menu Item";

     • Select "Link" and write "Name";

   • For image/button:

     • Click icon below "URL" in right toolbar;

   • For text:

     • Select text part you need to add anchor;

     • Click "Link" button in text editor;

5. Select "Page on your website";

6. Choose Anchor name from dropdown list;

7. Click on "Apply". Inside TextArea elements::

   • Select the part of the TextArea element you need to add anchor;

   • Create anchor by clicking the «anchor» icon in text editor;

   • Add anchor name and click «Apply».

   The anchor is now added to page selector in the Main toolbar as well as to the link selector, where it can be linked to a button, serve as address to redirect users, etc.

2. How to create a link?

1. Adding link:

   • Select the text you want to turn into a link and click "Edit Text" button;

   • In the rich text editor click on icon;

   • Select one of the link setting options;

   • Select link opening options;

   • Write "Link Title";

   • Click "Apply".

2. Customising link:

   • Go to "Settings" at top right corner of website builder, select "Styles" and then "Links" tab;

   • Click to select link text colour and customise text;

   • Click to select link hover colour and customise hover text.

Note: Any link can be set up to redirect to a product in your online store.

3. How to use "Text"?

1. Adding text:

   • Drag and drop "Text" from main toolbar;

   • Choose text composition;

   • Write your text.

2. Editing text:

   • Select text and click "Edit Text" on context toolbar;

   • Highlight text area you want to edit;

   • Choose from options in rich text editor.

3. Customising text:

   • Colour:

     Select "Styles" and click next to the colour palette . Select text colour

   • Links:

     Highlight area where you want link to appear, in rich text editor click icon and fill in link properties.

   • Adding anchor:

     Highlight area where you want anchor to appear, in rich text editor click icon and fill in anchor name.

   Note: if you choose white colour of text, dark mode will automatically be activated. for rich text editor.
