The Miller-Myland reunion took place on August 5th in Bath

Here is the family tree (pdf file) showing the relationships of the guests,

Over thirty years before John and Yoko thought of a bed-in!

Smoking in bed was obviously not frowned upon in those days.

On the back of the photo is written "St Oswald's hotel", so it may have been taken at a guest house

during a holiday in Tenby, Wales (there is still an establishment with this name there).

Arnold must have been with them, because I can't think of anyone else who would have

taken such a cheeky snapshot!

Grandad kept a diary, but only one volume still exists, from 1938 - 39.

I have made some comments on the diary and added some background information.
